いや～暑いですね！！　さすがの飛騨高山も

暑いですよ。　　さっきは晴れていたのに突然の

おおきな雷が　どーん！！！ときて、もうびっくり！！

 

こんな暑い時に、、、とスペシャルなサイドメニューを

ご用意致しました。「飛騨牛レバーと茸のコンフィ」

新鮮な飛騨牛レバーと地物の茸をじっくりと

油の中で火を入れ、柔らかく仕上げました。

牛レバー

見た目ほど油っぽくなく、ビールのお供には最高です。

体力が落ちる時にはぜひ、お試し下さい。
